venting out... my new year isn't Gunna be great this year. why am I like this I can never be perfect child my father wants maybe he's right that never help my family and always liability to there are times I just wanna disappear it's not like anyone would care if I was gone.... he's why I need a therapist his anger triggers so much emotion I don't need right now I can't stop crying.... I just want this all to stop....:( his anger triggers my anxiety attacks not even the meds I take help me at this rate...I was so scared he was Gunna hurt me or my sister or my mom...
